- As a customer & technical support manager, your responsibilities are as follows: - Managing a team to support the pre-sales and post sales team. - Provides day-to-day technical and customer support to the client. - Provides regular feedback to the sales and IT regarding customer issues, requirements. - Provides support to external sales team/agent/partner - Provides feedback to development team in China / India / Philippines

The ideal candidate should possess the followings:
- Diploma or degree in science/business administration/ information technology/ marketing
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- familiar with IT technology and troubleshooting
- able to communicate in : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- self starter, result oriented and patience.
